The Waymo AV was stopped facing south on [XXX] in the second to the left designated left turn lane for a red light at the intersection with [XXX]. After the light turned green, the Waymo AV proceeded to make a left turn onto [XXX]. As the Waymo AV was completing the left turn and exiting the intersection, a passenger car that was also turning left in the adjacent leftmost designated left turn lane crossed the dashed white lane line, into the Waymo AV's lane of travel, and the right side of the passenger car made contact with the left side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. While both the Waymo AV and the SUV continued traveling southbound, a rolling suitcase fell from the SUV's liftgate and onto the roadway in the Waymo AV's lane of travel. On January [XXX], 2026 at 7:54 PM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Phoenix, Arizona was in a collision involving a passenger car on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was stopped facing north in the fourth from the right lane on [XXX] in a queue of traffic for a red light at the intersection with [XXX] with a passenger car stopped directly behind the Waymo AV. While the Waymo AV and passenger car were stopped, a second passenger car traveling northbound on [XXX] at a high rate of speed approached the stopped passenger car from behind and began slowing and maneuvering to the right, and the front left side of the second passenger car made contact with the rear right side of the stopped passenger car, resulting in the airbag of the second passenger car deploying. As a result of this contact, the front of the initially stopped passenger car then made contact with the rear of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. All three vehicles sustained damage. While the ADS remained stopped, a metrobus from the perpendicular left of the ADS made a right turn into the lane nearest the ADS. As the metrobus made the right turn, the bicycle rack in front of the metrobus sideswiped the ADS's left side. Safety monitor and two passengers were present.

On January [XXX], 2026 at 8:14 AM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Austin, Texas on [XXX] near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling westbound on [XXX] in the left most lane autonomous mode directly behind a pickup truck when both vehicles stopped at a traffic light at [XXX]. At the traffic light, both vehicles began to proceed forward to make a left turn when a bus in the right lane made a left turn going against traffic rules. On December [XXX], 2025 at 12:22 PM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Los Angeles, California was in a collision involving a van on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling eastbound on [XXX] when it began to slow to yield to a slow-moving van traveling eastbound on the north side of [XXX] (against the proper direction of traffic) with its hazard lights activated. While the Waymo AV was slowing, the van changed lanes to the right, then maneuvered to the left and came to a stop momentarily, facing northeast at the north curb on [XXX]. The van then reversed, the Waymo AV slowed to a stop to yield to the van, and as the van reversed, the rear left side of the van made contact with the front left side of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. On December [XXX], 2025 at 7:49 PM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in San Francisco, California was in a collision involving a pickup truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was stopped facing south at the curb on [XXX] with its hazard lights activated for a passenger drop-off. While the Waymo AV was stopped, a pickup truck that was initially stopped facing west in a parking lot at [XXX], to the rear and right of the Waymo AV, reversed out of the parking lot driveway, and the rear left side of the pickup truck made contact with the rear right side of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. A passenger in the Waymo AV was not belted at the time of the collision as they were preparing to exit the Waymo AV. On December [XXX], 2025 at 4:13 AM ET a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Miami, Florida was in a collision involving an SUV on [XXX] near Exit [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling westbound on [XXX] in the rightmost lane. An SUV was traveling westbound on [XXX] in the second to right lane, to the left of and behind the Waymo AV. While the Waymo AV continued to proceed straight, the SUV approached the Waymo AV on the left side and changed lanes into the Waymo AV's lane of travel. The front right side of the SUV made contact with the rear left side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode, and a test driver was present in the driver's seating position. Both vehicles sustained damage. On December [XXX], 2025 at 5:54 AM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Brisbane, California was in a collision involving a heavy truck on [XXX] at a parking lot entrance at [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling eastbound in the right lane on [XXX] when it began to slow for a heavy truck traveling eastbound in the right lane on [XXX] in front of the Waymo AV. The heavy truck changed lanes to the left and the Waymo AV proceeded forward in the right lane, adjacent to the heavy truck. The heavy truck then proceeded to turn right from the left lane into the parking lot at [XXX], entering the Waymo AV's lane of travel. The Waymo AV slowed to a stop as the heavy truck continued to turn, and the right of the heavy truck trailer made contact with the front left side of the stationary Waymo AV.
