Overview
The CGXi-G12 is a 6-axis collaborative robot (cobot) designed for industrial and commercial applications such as welding, loading/unloading, assembly, machine tending, packaging, painting, and pick-and-place. It features a 12 kg payload, 1300 mm reach, ±0.03 mm repeatability, IP65 protection, and a top speed of 3 m/s. All core components are independently developed by Jiangsu Novotech. The robot supports drag-teaching for easy deployment, includes collision detection for safe human-robot collaboration, and is certified with CE, CR, EMC, IATF16949, NRTL, PCEC, and ATEX explosion-proof certification (EU standard). It has a soft-body design, is lightweight (36 kg), and can be installed at any angle. The CGXi-G12 is part of Novotech's R series, including models R3, R4, R6, R9, R12, R18, R20, and R30.
