Overview

iCub is a child-size humanoid robot capable of crawling, grasping objects, and interacting with people. It's designed as an open source platform for research in robotics, AI, and cognitive science. It features a body anatomy similar to that of a human child and is equipped with an array of sensors for seeing, hearing, and touching, making it a platform for studying cognition, locomotion, and manipulation. With 54 powered degrees of freedom, it can engage in teleoperation and has applications in research.
