Overview
LUD is a wheeled-legged robotic platform designed for challenging terrain and real-world tasks. It combines wheel-leg switching, self-balancing, self-righting, dual wireless communication, and multimodal perception. Key capabilities include terrain adaptability for complex outdoor and industrial environments, RL-based self-balancing, wheel-leg mode switching for high-speed motion and legged terrain adaptability, on-the-spot turning, and support for payloads up to 50 kg. The robot features dual LIVOX MID-360 LiDAR and Intel RealSense D435i for environmental awareness, with Wi-Fi and RF communication up to 1500 meters. Applications include industrial inspection, factory campuses, and infrastructure tasks.
