On April [XXX], 2026 at 5:20 AM MT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Mesa, Arizona was in a collision involving a pickup truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was stopped facing east at the curb, partially in lane, on [XXX] in a construction zone with its hazard lights activated. While the Waymo AV was stopped, a pickup truck initially stopped behind the Waymo AV proceeded to pass the Waymo AV to the left, and the front right side of the pickup truck made contact with the rear left side of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. On April [XXX], 2026 at 1:45 AM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in San Francisco, California was in a collision involving a passenger car on [XXX] at [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling southeastbound in the rightmost lane on [XXX] when it slowed to a stop at a green light at the intersection with [XXX] to yield to a passenger car traveling westbound in the rightmost lane of [XXX] at a high rate of speed. While the Waymo AV was stopped, the passenger car entered the intersection and initiated a wide right turn onto southeastbound [XXX], against the proper direction of traffic. As the passenger car exited the intersection into the southeastbound lanes of [XXX], the left side of the passenger car made contact with the left side of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. On April [XXX], 2026 at 3:56 PM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Los Angeles, California was in a collision involving a pickup truck and an SUV on [XXX] at [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling southbound in the rightmost lane on [XXX] and proceeding straight through a yellow light at the intersection with [XXX]. As the Waymo AV was entering the intersection, a pickup truck in the designated left turn lane on northbound [XXX] initiated an unprotected left turn onto [XXX] and entered the Waymo AV's lane of travel. The Waymo AV braked and maneuvered to the right as the pickup truck continued to turn left, and the front left side of the pickup truck made contact with the rear left side of the Waymo AV. As a result of this contact, the Waymo AV spun counterclockwise and the rear right side of the Waymo AV made contact with the front left side of an SUV stopped facing east in the second from the right lane on [XXX]. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. All three vehicles sustained damage. On April [XXX], 2026 at 12:16 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, Texas at the [XXX] dropoff circle. The AVRIDE AV was traveling southbound in autonomous mode at slow speeds in the left lane as it entered the dropoff zone at the [XXX]. As the AVRIDE AV entered the dropoff zone, an SUV parked and unloading in the right lane had its rear left door open. The AVRIDE AV began to slowly proceed past the parked SUV when the right mirror of the AVRIDE AV made contact with the open rear door of the SUV. Both vehicles sustained minor cosmetic damage. An unoccupied Zoox autonomous vehicle was traveling north on [XXX] past [XXX] in Las Vegas when a passenger car (Vehicle 2) abruptly attempted to turn right onto [XXX] from a parking lot, violating the Zoox vehicle's right-of-way. The Zoox vehicle braked hard and attempted to steer left, but contact was unavoidable. The Zoox vehicle's right-front fender, wheel, and fascia contacted Vehicle 2's left-front bumper and headlight. Both vehicles sustained damage, and the Zoox vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported, and police were not notified.

On April [XXX], 2026 at 10:33 AM ET a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Atlanta, Georgia was in a collision involving a heavy truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling westbound in the rightmost lane of [XXX] when it activated its left turn signal, shifted partially into the second from the rightmost lane, and came to a stop for a red traffic light at the intersection with [XXX]. A heavy truck that had been stationary in the second from the rightmost lane then began to proceed slowly, and after the traffic light turned green, attempted to pass the stationary Waymo AV on the left. An unoccupied Zoox autonomous vehicle (Vehicle 1), traveling southwest on [XXX] in San Francisco, was stopped mid-way through a lane-change maneuver (from lane #2 to lane #1) in stop-and-go traffic, when a passenger car (Vehicle 2) in lane #1 accelerated toward the stopped Zoox vehicle and struck its left front wheel. The Zoox vehicle was towed from the scene for inspection and was found to have sustained no damage. Vehicle 2's front bumper appears to have sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported. Police were notified but did not arrive at the scene. The Zoox vehicle's video footage shows that Vehicle 2's driver was not looking at the road ahead before or at the time of contact.

An occupied Zoox autonomous vehicle traveling southeast on [XXX] stopped behind traffic in the outer left turn lane (lane #2) for a red traffic signal at [XXX] in Las Vegas. A dumpster-hauling truck (Vehicle 2) was stopped in the adjacent through-lane (lane #3). Shortly after the light turned green and the Zoox vehicle began its left turn, the Vehicle 2 operator abruptly steered left, accelerated, and cut into the Zoox vehicle's path, violating its right of way. The Zoox vehicle braked hard; however, Vehicle 2 struck the Zoox vehicle's right-side front wheel, fender, roof-mounted sensor unit, and body panel. The Zoox vehicle was towed from the scene and sustained moderate damage. No injuries were reported, and police were not called.

On March [XXX], 2026 at 8:13 AM PT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Los Angeles, California was in a collision involving an SUV on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling eastbound on [XXX] when it approached the exit of a parking garage. As the Waymo AV proceeded forward, an SUV proceeded to exit the parking garage and entered the Waymo AV's lane of travel, and the front of the SUV made contact with the right side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. On March [XXX], 2026 at 6:28 AM ET a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Miami, Florida was in a collision involving an SUV on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling eastbound on [XXX] when it slowed to a stop in-lane to yield to an SUV stopped facing east in-lane. While the SUV was stopped, the Waymo AV proceeded slowly forward and began to pass the SUV to the right. While the Waymo AV was passing the SUV, a passenger in the SUV opened the rear right door of the SUV, and the rear right door of the SUV made contact with the left side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. Waymo is reporting this crash under Request No. 1 of Standing General Order 2021-01 because a vehicle involved was towed away. On March [XXX], 2026 at 3:18 PM CT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in San Antonio, Texas was in a collision involving a skid-steer loader construction vehicle on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling westbound through a construction zone on [XXX] when it maneuvered to the left to pass a skid-steer loader construction vehicle that was stopped facing westbound in the Waymo AV's lane of travel with its lift arm and bucket elevated. While the Waymo AV was passing to the left of the skid-steer loader, the skid-steer loader rotated to the left as it began to reverse towards the north curb, and the left side of the skid-steer loader bucket made contact with the front right side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage. On March [XXX], 2026 at 1:48 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Dallas, Texas at the intersection of [XXX]and [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling westbound in autonomous mode on [XXX] in the left lane approaching a traffic light at the intersection with [XXX]. The traffic light was changing from red to green as the AVRIDE AV approached the intersection. As the AVRIDE AV approached the intersection, an SUV on [XXX] in the right lane attempted to switch over two lanes and turn left onto [XXX]. This maneuver resulted in the left front of the SUV making contact with the right side of the AVRIDE AV. Both vehicles sustained damage. Both vehicles required a tow. No injuries were reported.
