Overview

The Yaskawa Motoman HC30PL is a robust six-axis human-collaborative robot (cobot) specifically designed for palletizing applications. It features a 30 kg payload capacity and a 1700 mm maximum horizontal reach, enabling safe and efficient fenceless production in demanding environments. Key collaborative safety features include Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology for safe human-robot interaction, direct teach capability, and the ability to shift between collaborative speed in PFL mode and full speed in industrial mode based on risk assessment. The robot is IP67 rated with an easy-to-clean surface and NSF H1 food-grade grease for sanitary applications. It is controlled by a YRC1000 or YRC1000micro controller and is compatible with a standard teach pendant or an innovative Smart Pendant.
