The HighMate AP Series is a multi-function robot designed by RobotPlusPlus for the oil and gas industry. The three operation modules (swing arm, horizontal module, and hydroblasting dome) enable open abrasive blasting (dry/wet), enclosed abrasive blasting, and high-pressure washing/enclosed hydroblasting. The robot is designed for surface preparation on steel structures like storage tanks, vessels, and bridges, and can operate on curved surfaces with a minimum curvature radius of 2.5 meters. It has a 48V DC safe power system and a 130 kg payload capacity. The robot performs surface preparation tasks 2-4 times faster than manual labor.
