Overview
The HighMate B20 is a surface roughening robot used in shipbuilding before final paint application, cleaning and roughening the ship hull to ensure long-lasting paint adhesion. It features auto-navigation and lane-changing functions, enabling one operator to monitor two robots simultaneously. The robot adapts to curved surfaces with a curvature radius greater than 5 meters and can be equipped with different cleaning modules for flat or straight-bottomed hull sections, removing dirt and increasing coating adhesion.
