Overview
The HighMate V40 is a hydroblasting robot designed for autonomous surface preparation on large steel structures such as ship hulls. It uses ultra-high-pressure water jet technology (up to 3000 bar) to remove rust and old paint. It features permanent magnetic adhesion for working on vertical and overhead surfaces, a two-wheel drive system with differential steering, and three operation modes: manual, semi-auto/cruise, and automatic. The V40 has an IP65 protection level and a cleaning width of 300 mm.
