Overview
The HighMate B10 is a weld seam shot blasting robot designed for shipbuilding, grinding weld seams on mega block assemblies. It achieves a surface roughness of 50-90 μm and is 5 times more efficient than manual work. The robot adapts to curved surfaces with a curvature radius greater than 5 meters and includes a visual system for clear process monitoring. It eliminates the need for scaffolding and construction baskets, improving operator safety and enabling automatic operation.
