Potaro is an in-hospital transport robot developed to reduce the workload of medical staff and enhance service quality by autonomously transporting medical equipment and medications. Since its introduction in May 2023, Potaro has achieved a transport success rate of 99% across 24 units now active at Toyota Memorial Hospital, demonstrating significant operational efficiency and safety in navigating through hospital environments.
