The Tesla ADS was stopped at an intersection with a red light in the left most lane (the adjacent right lane next to the ADS was blocked off with construction barriers). While the ADS remained stopped, a metrobus from the perpendicular left of the ADS made a right turn into the lane nearest the ADS. As the metrobus made the right turn, the bicycle rack in front of the metrobus sideswiped the ADS's left side. Safety monitor and two passengers were present.

On January [XXX], 2026 at 4:30 PM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was involved in a collision in Dallas, Texas on [XXX] at the intersection with San Jacinto Street. On January [XXX], 2026 at 8:14 AM, an AVRIDE autonomous vehicle (the "AVRIDE AV") was in a collision in Austin, Texas on [XXX] near [XXX]. The AVRIDE AV was traveling westbound on [XXX] in the left most lane autonomous mode directly behind a pickup truck when both vehicles stopped at a traffic light at [XXX]. At the traffic light, both vehicles began to proceed forward to make a left turn when a bus in the right lane made a left turn going against traffic rules. This bus cut off the pickup truck in front of the AVRIDE AV, causing it to break quickly. This abrupt breaking caused the front of the AVRIDE AV to make contact with the rear of the pickup truck. While the Waymo AV was slowing, the van changed lanes to the right, then maneuvered to the left and came to a stop momentarily, facing northeast at the north curb on [XXX]. On December [XXX], 2025 at 10:02 AM MT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Phoenix, Arizona was in a collision involving a heavy truck in a parking lot at [XXX]. The Waymo AV was traveling southbound in the parking lot at [XXX] when it slowed to a stop to yield to a heavy truck that was facing southwest and executing a reversing turn into a loading dock parking stall at the east side of the parking lot. The heavy truck came to a stop, then began to proceed forward in the southbound direction, and the Waymo AV proceeded forward again, following the heavy truck. The heavy truck then came to a stop and began to reverse. The Waymo AV then momentarily reversed before coming to a stop and the heavy truck continued to reverse, and the rear right side of the heavy truck trailer made contact with the front left side of the stationary Waymo AV. On December [XXX], 2025 at 4:45 PM CT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Austin, Texas was in a collision involving a pickup truck on [XXX] near [XXX]. The Waymo AV was stopped facing northwest in the second from the right lane on [XXX] in a queue of traffic for a red light at the intersection with [XXX]. After the traffic light turned green and traffic ahead advanced, the Waymo AV proceeded a short distance and came to a stop because of the detection of a potential nearby emergency vehicle. A pickup truck that was initially stopped directly behind the Waymo AV proceeded forward, and the front of the pickup truck made contact with the rear of the stationary Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage. The passenger in the Waymo AV alleged a minor injury.
